Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries.
• Compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction.
• Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers’ queries as they arise and escalate when appropriate.
• Liaise with clients from Mainland China & Singapore markets.
• Support daily client engagement and relationship management.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Independently take initiative to see tasks through to completion.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English are required.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles within financial firms is required.
• Due to the role's interaction with clients and stakeholders across Mainland China, prior experience supporting clients in Mainland China, or familiarity with the Chinese market and business environment, would be advantageous.
• Fast-learner and detail oriented.
• Strong team player with ability to work independently.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
