Job Description - Desktop Engineer (Excel Macro / West / Up to $2.3K)

Job Description:

Provide technical service, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers.

Issue ticket reporting: Process already in place, just follow up on tickets and summarise

Troubleshoot existing Excel macros, if any. Including data check in troubleshooting process

Basic mobile solution support, training will be provided

Basic IT operational support

Requirements

Requirements:

Min. Diploma/Degree in IT or relevant qualification

With at least 1 years of Desktop experience.

Knowledge on Excel Macro (VBA) is a must.
