Despatch Rider / Despatch Courier

Key Responsibilities: 

• Despatching documents to designated locations promptly and accurately. 
• Collecting documents from various sources as instructed by the management.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail within the organisation. 
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all business documents. 

Qualifications and skills: 

• Previous experience as a Despatch Rider or in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with routes in CBD/town. 
• The ability to manage multiple despatch related tasks. 
• High level of responsibility and reliability. 
• Knowledge on use of Franking Machine is preferred. 
• Possession of personal transport, such as a motorcycle, is an added advantage.
