Dessert Stall Manager - Dynamic Team

Cloud Bingsu is a Korean dessert destination specializing in a diverse array of snowflake desserts, along with coffee and other culinary delights. The stall is located at Marketplace@expo. We are a team of friendly and passionate individuals who love to learn and create new and interesting tastes to bring joy to our customers.

This role is open for both Full-Time!

Here are the details of the job:

Job Role:

• To provide service while enhancing protocols and standards to increase operational efficiency
• Conduct stockkeeping and ensure toppings and drinks are prepared for the following day and for event days
• Supervise colleagues during shifts and ensure appropriate staffing levels to uphold standards
• To tidy up the designated section after service and uphold its cleanliness
• Basic cashiering
• To be familiar with all the items on the menu includes preparations
• To be familiar with all roles in the stall
• To ensure timely completion of all pre-opening duties on a daily basis
• Staff schedule planning
• To suggest and encourage guests to try menu items or specials
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Able to speak basic English
• Polite and patient towards customers
• Keen learner
• Able to commit to weekends/public holidays when required
