DevSecOps Engineer - Leading Industry Pay

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with security teams to proactively assess SAFRA's internal architectures and designs for vulnerabilities. Propose and implement secure solutions to mitigate identified risks, ensuring adherence to SAFRA's security compliance regulations.
• Develop and maintain robust monitoring, auditing, and reporting frameworks that generate essential security and compliance artifacts.
• Implement industry best practices for cloud (AWS/Azure) & on-premise security and infrastructure management on SAFRA's platforms.
• Integrate development and operations through CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure internal deployments within SAFRA.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevSecOps or related role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
• Significant coding experience using Python, JavaScript and/or .NET.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline.
• Proven experience in integrating security best practices into development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with a strong sense of ownership.
• Passion for learning and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• CISSP/DevOps-related certifications will be a plus.
