Job Description

• Deliver the perfect journey for clients from start to end.
• Take clients through a 1.5-2 hr education session about diamonds, to create awareness about the diamond retail industry, on an appointment only basis.
• Assist clients choose their ring designs and helping them with customization options for their ring designs.
• To continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments
• Work closely with clients throughout their diamond journey until the delivery of the product to the clients.
• Ensure a smooth flow for clients, including responsibilities such as ensuring the diamond’s delivery timeline, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up with their enquiries.
• Maintain an excellent standard of customer service.
• Create a smooth and wonderful experience for our clients, to exceed their expectations.
• Greet and usher clients, helping them with their collections, and many more interactions.

Job Requirement

• Min 1 year experience in High-End Retail (Luxury Goods Fashion, Cosmetics, Airline, Hospitality and other relevant sectors) is highly preferred
• Training provided
• Able to work Retail Hours & both weekends/PH (off in lieu will be given for PH)
• Proficient in English to serve clients in an eloquently manner
