Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the meal service for the patients including meal order taking and meal service on daily basis
• To follow up with any changes to patients’ meals (new admission, meal amendments, etc)
• To ensure patients’ meal orders are accurate
• To collect and key in patients’ meal orders to meal ordering form
• To work with Food Services Vendor for patients’ meals
• To ensure a good relation with the patients and make sure their concerns are taken care of
• Assist with Food Services daily operations
• To carry out any other ad-hoc assignments and duties assigned by superior and the Management

Requirements

• Service oriented and customer focused
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
