Responsibilities 

• Conducts thorough nutrition assessments, support, counseling, and education alongside patients and caregivers within a diverse team.
• Uses the latest scientific evidence and critical thinking in practice.
• Understands the various health and social factors affecting nutrition and health.
• Supports preventive health and chronic disease management as part of the HealthierSG vision.
• Encourages individuals, groups, and communities to adopt healthy lifestyles to improve health and prevent chronic diseases.
• Develops, implements, and assesses community health programs with a team and community stakeholders.

Requirements 

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics 
• 3 years’ and above clinical experience will considered for senior position 
• Completed clinical dietetic internship in an approved institution. 
• Passionate with working with people and the community
• Ability to prepare basic, healthy meals
