Digital Ambassador (Island-wide) - No experience Needed - Urgent Role

*Work Days : 5 days per week (Include weekdays/weekends/PH)          Depend on monthly rostering

*Work hours : 8.5 hours (within 7 am to 10 pm, up to 44 hours per week)

* Duration : Contract (1 year) Renewable

*Location : Island-wide

*No experience but passionate to coach and equip seniors and hawkers with basic digital skills and common scams knowledge welcome

Job Responsibilities;

• Coach and equip seniors and hawkers with basic digital skills through 1:1 or small group settings in using Zoom, Singpass, what's app, Paynow and Paylah.

• Engage stallholders in hawkers, wet markets and coffee shop to sign up for e-payment at their stalls.

• Prompt follow up and administration work.

• Other ad-hoc task as assigned.

Job Requirements;

• Possesses and ability to teach digital skills to seniors and hawkers.

• Able to withstand long standing and walking.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Approachable, empathetic and patient personality.

• Good team player, and able to interact with people from all walks of life
