Working Hours – Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm and Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Job Description:
- Promote the use of digital/online services online application to residents who walk-in to the SSOs
- Assist residents in applying for ComCare assistance through the SupportGoWhere portal. This would entail:
- Helping them to complete the online application form;
- Helping them to prepare and upload required documents onto the portal; and
- Explaining the need for forms that require their signature and helping them to sign the forms digitally, where necessary; and
- Using SSNet One to check applicant’s record and/or status of application etc.
Requirements:
- Possess ability to teach digital skills to residents from various walks of life
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant volunteering/working experience in the social service sector or customer service
- Degree Holder
