• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on pain points and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize digital processes, increase efficiency, and enhance user experience.
• Monitor and measure the performance of implemented process improvements to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital process improvement, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital tools and technologies, such as workflow automation, data analytics, and project management software.
• It would be advantageous if candidates had experience in UiPath, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel macros.
