The opportunity

We are looking for a passionate Digital Junior Project Consultant  to lead and drive web and digital platform initiatives. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of projects involving web technologies, CMS platforms, and user-centric digital experiences.

This role requires a unique combination of project management expertise, technical knowledge, and a strong sense of design and UX strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage web and digital platform projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, content strategists, and marketing stakeholders


• Oversee the implementation and optimization of CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal, etc.)


• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure feasibility with development teams


• Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and communication plans


• Ensure alignment of digital experiences with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices


• Support testing, deployment, and post-launch enhancements


• Evaluate emerging web technologies and make recommendations for innovation and improvement
  
  
  

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a digital/web environment
• Proven experience managing web development or CMS implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, AEM, Drupal, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

To qualify for the role you must have

• Certification in PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent
• Experience with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies
• Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Understanding of web accessibility and WCAG standards
