The role of a Digital Learning & Marketing Specialist within the L&D team is to develop engaging eLearning content, manage and administer LMS platform and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote JUMBO Academy training programs. This includes designing instructional materials, managing online courses, analyzing learning metrics, and enhancing the visibility and reach of training initiatives through various digital channels.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
eLearning Development:
• Create, design, and develop engaging digital learning content using various eLearningauthoring tools and software.
• Maintain and update online training modules to ensure they remain current and relevant.
Digital Marketing:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote training programs andincrease enrollment.
• Manage social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
Content Management:
• Upload and manage training materials on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ensure all digital content is accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives.
Data Analysis:
• Track and analyze learning metrics and marketing performance data to optimize contentand strategies.
• Provide regular reports on learner engagement, course completion rates, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration:
• Work with subject matter experts to develop accurate and high-quality training content.
• Coordinate with marketing and L&D teams to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
User Support:
• Provide technical support to learners accessing digital training materials.
• Address and resolve any issues related to eLearning content or platforms.
Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital learning and marketing.
• Propose and implement enhancements to improve the learner experience and marketing reach.
Job requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Instructional Design, Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in eLearning development, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning authoring tools (e.g.,Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., GoogleAnalytics, Mailchimp).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design principles preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create engaging eLearning content and marketing campaigns.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Independence in work with minimal supervision.
