• Manage and oversee the digital marketing strategy for organic search (SEO), paid search (SEM) and social media ads across industries.
• Support and develop team members to maximise their work performance, contribution and job satisfaction.
• Analyse performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on data driven conclusions.
• Consult on accounts to identify upsell opportunities within your portfolio of clients and work with your manager to increase clients' adoption of our services.
• Manage various campaign deliverables alongside your executive team to ensure quality standards, client expectations, and deadlines are met.
• You'll remain constantly updated with company capabilities and services, and upgrade your knowledge of paid search/social solutions to effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
• You'll ultimately be responsible for long-term retention of clients with us.
• You'll never be alone - work with a passionate team of Performance Marketers, Designers, Copywriters, and Website Developers.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of performance or SEO marketing agency experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands on work experience in digital advertising such as Google ads or Meta (Facebook) platform ads, OR Search Engine Optimisation.
• Consumer Services Marketing experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communication
• Preferably previously specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
