Job Description
- develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands using various digital channels ranging from social media to marketplaces such as Tik Tok, Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, B2C websites across Singapore, Vietnam, Australia.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Develop digital marketing campaigns and relevant content around keywords and targeted demographics, develop google Ads (text and display network), and ad groups for accounts that will drive traffic to a website and convert them to customers.
- Innovated and develop B2B digital marketing strategies for overseas expansion. This may include affiliate marketing
- Develop a content calendar for social media & google marketing strategies in alignment with the overall marketing direction. Produce copywriting and oversee the production of relevant, engaging content for the website and social media platforms to attract and convert our target groups.
- Manage and deploy successful marketing campaigns, owning the implementation from ideation to execution to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO). This involves keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monitoring search engine algorithm changes.
- Elevate current marketing automation for repetitive tasks such as email scheduling, social media posting, and lead nurturing and improved on current system
- Measure and report the progress and performance of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and review all marketing and branding expenditures to ensure optimal returns on investments.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies (e.g. media, government), and vendors.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Candidates with more experience could be considered for a managerial role
Requirements
- A Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields
- 3 or more years of experience in digital marketing and content creation preferred (SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing)
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and marketplaces
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Highly proficient in verbal and written English
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
