Your Role: 

We’re hiring a Digital Project Executive with the drive to grow into a full-fledged Project Manager. You’ll support digital and web projects, work closely with cross-functional teams, and gain real exposure to client interactions and AI-enabled workflows.

This role is built for someone who thrives on solving problems, coordinating teams, and turning ideas into action. You'll receive structured training, hands-on project work, and a formal buddy system to help accelerate your learning. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.


• Update and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources using tools like Asana or Trello.


• Serve as a key contact for day-to-day client communications and project updates.


• Support the preparation of key project documents, including timelines, statements of work (SOW), specifications and meeting minutes.


• Participate in project kickoffs, team meetings, and cross-functional collaborations to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.


• Assist in identifying potential risks and escalating them to senior team members for resolution.


• Learn and implement project management best practices for documentation, stakeholder communication, and task management.


• Experiment and incorporate AI tools into project delivery workflows, boosting productivity and quality.

What We Look For:

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).


• Diploma in Digital Media, Information Technology, or related discipline.


• Experience: 2 to 3 years in a digital, web, or tech-related environment. Agency experience is a plus.


• Project Management Fundamentals: Basic understanding of scopes, timelines, task tracking, and team coordination. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, JIRA or similar is a bonus.


• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS, and web hosting fundamentals.


• AI Fluency: Able to explore and apply AI tools meaningfully to support project workflows and outputs.


• Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in troubleshooting, with a willingness to ask questions or escalate when needed.


• Communication: Clear, professional communicator. Both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
