Digital Project Specialist (L&D)

Timeo-performance is hiring a Digital Project Specialist, to be dedicated to their strategic partnership with the world digital learning leader CrossKnowledge. CrossKnowledge is a forward-looking digital learning solution, providing a customized, fully integrated learning solution and implementing it with unmatched efficiency.

As Digital Project Specialist with Timeo-Performance, you will contribute actively to the A-Z implementation of all projects sold under CrossKnowledge brand.

Reporting to our Managing Director in charge of this strategic partnership, your main responsibilities and activities will be distributed between the following poles:

• Project Management: you manage the projects in terms of quality, schedule and efficiency
  


• Learning solutions design: you engineer fully customized solutions for each client, conceiving, launching and following it up. You will also be part of our sales team making sure we have new and practical ideas to wow our prospective customers.
  


• Communication campaigns: You design the communication plan for each solution in a way that involves the learners' community in their learning process.
  


• Change management & empowerment programs: you deliver the CrossKnowledge Academy training events for customers, partners or project managers all around the territory.
  

Your qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, HR and any related field
  


• Technically savvy and at ease with new cutting edge digital concept
  


• HTML coding skills is a big plus
  


• Strong interest for L&D matters in large corporates
  


• Excellent writing and communication skills.
  


• You can wear many hats and pull together various teams of internal & external people.
  


• You have a good understanding of current business and HR issues and can explain your ideas and be convincing.
  


• You are detail-oriented and are highly organised.
  


• You demonstrate learning agility and you are creative-oriented.
  


• No need to say that you are interested in new technologies!
