We are hiring an analytical Digital Support Officer to join our experienced team at Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum in Non-Profit Organisations.

Responsibilities:
- Comfortable working with online systems (Microsoft and e-commerce system).
- Daily work will be downloading of data (word or excel documents) from online systems and do routine adjustments of texts and formatting which will be printed out, laminated, and cut to be displayed during our Buddhist Ceremonies.
- Assist in Monk/duties/tasks during ceremony.
- Update donors contact and biographical information.
- Assist in handling ceremony enquiries if necessary.
- Other duties assigned by superior
- Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' and above
- Able to type Chinese Characters using Hanyu Pinyin.
- IT savvy - Word / PowerPoint / Excel. Main work will be focused on Word software.
- 5 days works per week. (Able to work on Public Holidays and weekends)
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be advantage but must be comfortable working with online systems. Training will be provided.
- Familiar with Buddhist Ceremony / Event will be advantage.
- Meticulous, attention to detail and independent.
