Job Description - Digitisation Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Prepare registers of hard copy documents for scanning.
  • Scan and digitise identified hard copy files accurately.
  • Ensure scanned documents are systematically stored in the correct folders for easy retrieval.
  • Update relevant file owners on the progress of scanning activities.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic English proficiency.

Duration/working hours:

9 months contract (June  2026 to Jul 2027)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
