Director

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Director. Details are as under :

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be a functional director and COO of Nectare house Pte Ltd.
• Will be part of the management team; Running day to day project management and after that operations management.
• Since the plants are multi locational, requires team management at local sites and operational management skills.
• Generate key KPI for ensuring the efficient output of the wholly owned strategic business units at Sulawesi, Papua New Guinea and Bali.
• Coordinate mechanical maintenance and operations team at plant level to reach desired efficiency as per the guaranteed performance guarantee of the main manufacturer.
• Oversee financial performance of each unit especially those related to working capital usage and requirements.
• Report to the top management regarding bottlenecks, trouble shooting and underperformance if any.
• Ensure quality output of end products in line with ISO standards and hazardous food products.
• Ensure compliances of each Center with local laws and obtain necessary multi locational clearances.
• Appetite for travelling to each location at regular intervals and reviewing work with local management.
• Multi vocational plants and output management.
• Management of KPI

Job Requirements:

• Requires min 5 years experience in operations management and export procedures, transfer pricing , multi modalism, Letters of credit and task management skills.
• Requires knowledge of working finance and key skills in supply chain management and inventory control and AI assimilation.
