Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manages the workload of the Operations Managers and team to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews for Operations Managers.
  • Achieves marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting needs and preparing an annual budget.
  • Assists HQ in setting goals that promote company growth.
  • Executes plans to achieve company goals by changing policies and coaching employees.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and plans and implements systems to increase company effectiveness.
  • Provides advice and guidance whole teams.
  • Enhances existing systems and policies.
  • Promotes and enforces workplace safety.
  • Responsible for final annual evaluation.
  • Works closely with finance and HR team
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Needs communicate effectively in English at a business level to perform daily operations utilize.
  • Even better good proficiency in Japanese as business level.
