Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business operations and partnerships in China and the APAC region.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations, joint ventures, and regional partnerships.
• Provide executive leadership across departments to ensure alignment with market expansion goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and investments, with a strong focus on China.
• Stay ahead of regulatory, political, and economic trends affecting operations in China and APAC.
• Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and corporate partners.
• Drive regional business development and represent the company at strategic industry events.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance, financial protocols, and operational best practices.
• Advise the board on performance metrics, strategic direction, and market risk assessments.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in multinational or regionally focused businesses.
• Proven strong business network in China, with demonstrated ability to open doors and drive initiatives.
• Track record in market expansion, partnerships, and operations management in the APAC region.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written); capable of conducting high-level negotiations in a business context.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and economic conditions in China and broader APAC.
• Holds at least a bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
