Act as a trusted HR advisor and sparring partner to business leaders and cross-functional leads to foster greater collaboration across the region and functional teams. Support the translation of business strategy into actionable people initiatives and plans so as to achieve business objectives and enable long-term sustainable growth. Lead transformation initiatives in partnership with the business leaders by aligning organization structures, ways of working, and capabilities to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities. Design and implement strategies for identifying, developing, and retaining talent to build a future-ready workforce and is responsible for talent pipeline and succession planning for the business. Advocate and implement HR initiatives and frameworks within the business and provide business insights to maximize effectiveness and relevancy of these programs.
