Director, Casino Projects & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead casino development, renovation, and operational improvement projects to enhance facility and guest experience
• Manage casino floor layouts, gaming zones, and facility enhancements to optimize operational flow and customer engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure smooth execution aligned with business goals
• Oversee Table Games (TGO) and Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) operations to maintain high standards and compliance
• Ensure adherence to gaming regulations, internal policies, and controls to mitigate risks and maintain integrity
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountability
• Drive service excellence and guest satisfaction through continuous operational improvements and staff engagement
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Security, Compliance, and Finance to support project and operational needs
• Oversee development and maintenance of SOPs, regulatory submissions, and system enhancements for operational compliance
• Manage resources, evaluate team performance, and implement staff development initiatives to build capability
• Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts to enhance brand presence and patronage
• Resolve operational issues promptly and provide support for day-to-day casino operations to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Integrated Resort Management
• Minimum 16 years of relevant experience in the gaming industry or integrated resort environment is a must
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Highly organized and resourceful with ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
