What You Will Do
Lead strategic workforce and HR transformation engagements across industries.
Design future-of-work, workforce planning and skills strategies informed by data and analytics.
Reimagine HR operating models, service delivery and digital HR solutions.
Lead workforce planning initiatives using scenario modelling, skills intelligence and data-driven analysis.
Advise clients on redesigning their workforce mix, including internal talent, contingent workers, automation, and AI-enabled roles.
Shape and execute change strategies to enable successful transformation adoption.
Drive org design & develop clear, practical change strategies that prepare stakeholders and employees for major shifts in processes, systems and ways of working.
Help clients leverage analytics, AI and automation to improve workforce decision-making and productivity.
What You Bring
Possess at least 12 years of experience in HR consulting, people advisory, or workforce transformation within the consulting or professional services industry, demonstrating a strong track record of successful delivery.
Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives end-to-end.
Expertise in workforce strategy, HR transformation, org design, and change management.
Demonstrated experience leading large, complex HR transformation projects in dynamic environments and guiding organisations through ambiguity.
Proven ability to develop and grow consulting teams, fostering excellence and client value.
Passion for building future-ready workforces and enabling people-centred change.
