Job Description:

• Contribute to shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision and investment philosophy, aligning them with stakeholder expectations and market opportunities.
• Supervise the development and implementation of investment strategies to ensure the optimal performance of funds.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining integrity and transparency in all operations.
• Lead, inspire, and develop the investment and operational teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Cultivate robust relationships with investors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to bolster the company’s reputation and business prospects.
• Manage risk management policies and procedures to mitigate financial and operational risks effectively.
• Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust strategies and operations.
• Represent the company in public forums, industry conferences, and media engagements, solidifying its leadership in the fund management sector.

Job Requirement:

• Meet the 'Proper and Fit' test and the legislative requirements of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for Registered Fund Management Companies (RFMC) and Licensed Fund Management Companies (LFMC).
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are highly desirable.
• Have extensive experience in fund management or senior leadership roles within the financial services industry, demonstrating a track record of success.
• Possess a solid understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment and compliance standards pertaining to fund management.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships across all levels.
• Uphold strong ethical principles, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
