CaterSpot is Singapore’s leading B2B food solutions platform, helping companies manage office catering, meal programs, pantry supplies, and food-related workplace experiences.

We work with hundreds of restaurants, caterers, and food suppliers to serve corporate clients across Singapore, from daily office meals to large-scale events and managed pantry programs.

As we continue to scale our Corporate Accounts business, we are looking for a commercially driven and operationally strong Director of Account Management to lead our Account Management team and unlock the next stage of growth.

About the Role

The Director of Account Management will be responsible for growing, retaining, and optimizing CaterSpot’s portfolio of Corporate Accounts.

You will lead a team of Account Managers and ensure they are driving account growth, increasing user adoption, improving client satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities across catering, meal plans, pantry, and concierge services.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands client management, food operations, and commercial growth. You should be comfortable managing both strategy and execution: coaching Account Managers, speaking with senior clients, solving operational issues, and building the systems needed for scale.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Account Growth & Food Program Planning

  • Plan, develop, and improve food programs for key corporate accounts, ensuring each program meets the client’s goals, budget, employee preferences, and operational requirements.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, clients, vendors, and internal operations teams to design high-quality catering, meal plan, and recurring food solutions for corporate clients.
  • Identify opportunities to increase ordering frequency, improve client satisfaction, grow GMV, and expand CaterSpot’s services within existing key accounts.

Pantry Management Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute pantry management programs for key accounts, including product assortment, display standards, replenishment workflows, staffing requirements, reporting, and client communication.
  • Ensure pantry programs are delivered professionally, consistently, and in line with CaterSpot’s service standards.
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to continuously improve pantry setup, product mix, cost efficiency, presentation, and overall client experience.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee and guide the Account Management team to deliver excellent food programs for CaterSpot’s corporate clients.
  • Coach the team on account planning, client communication, upselling, issue resolution, and program execution.
  • Ensure Account Managers are proactive in improving client accounts, identifying risks, and driving long-term account growth.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Customer Care, Vendor Partnerships, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution across catering, meal plans, pantry, and concierge services.

Food Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure CaterSpot adheres to ISO 22000 food safety management standards across relevant food programs, pantry operations, vendor coordination, and internal processes.
  • Directly oversee CaterSpot’s annual ISO 22000 renewal process, including preparation for yearly audits, documentation, internal coordination, corrective actions, and continuous compliance.
  • Work with internal teams to execute continuous improvements in CaterSpot’s food safety and quality standards.
  • Identify operational risks, service gaps, and food safety improvement opportunities, and implement clear processes to strengthen CaterSpot’s standards over time.
  • Champion a strong culture of food safety, quality control, accountability, and continuous improvement across the Account Management and Operations teams.

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Track account performance, GMV growth, churn risk, upsell opportunities, and team productivity.
  • Build clear reporting cadences and dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Continuously improve Account Management processes, client segmentation, escalation workflows, and team productivity.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is commercial, structured, people-oriented, and execution-focused.

The ideal candidate has experience in account management, client success, food services, catering, hospitality, facilities management, or workplace services.

You may be a strong fit if you have worked in or managed teams within:

  • Restaurant groups
  • Catering companies
  • Food services companies
  • Facilities management providers
  • Workplace services providers
  • Corporate hospitality or events
  • Managed services environments such as Compass, Sodexo, JLL, or similar operators

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in account management, client success, operations, hospitality, catering, food services, facilities management, or B2B services.
  • At least 2–3 years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong commercial instincts, with experience growing existing accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong operational problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company where processes are still being built and improved.
  • Highly organized, data-informed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in food, catering, hospitality, workplace services, or facilities management is highly preferred.
