Director of Operation

You will report to the Managing Director of the Group and be accountable forall operational responsibilities.  You will develop and execute transformation and operational efficiency initiatives implement business strategies and achieving organizational goals.  

Role Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement long term strategies aligned with organizational goals, business targets and market trends. Provide data analytics to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, enhanced customer service and driving business performance.

• Financial Oversight : Manage budgets and financial plans.

• Team Leadership : Direct and mentor a team of young managers, fostering collaboration and ensuring operational efficiency. This includes providing training and development opportunities.

• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients and other stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Experience & Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Semicon / Automation / PCBA industry.
• Possess high leadership capabilities in team building and management.
• Able to collaborate effectively with senior management to achieve strategic goals and results.
• Strong analytical and numerical proficiency, good communication and presentation skills, proficient in applying technology and data analytics tools to drive digital and automation transformation initiatives.
