• Provide overarching strategic vision and operational governance across a large, multi-site contract logistics portfolio, directly mentoring and developing a team of General Managers.


• Partner seamlessly with Commercial, Business Development, and Solution Design teams to drive business growth, support large-scale RFPs, and ensure the flawless implementation of new mega-accounts.


• Drive long-term organizational design and workforce strategy, ensuring the operations division has the structural agility, competencies, and leadership bench strength to scale.


• Spearhead regional or country-level strategic initiatives, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sustainability


• Accountable for the consolidated P&L, financial forecasting, and margin expansion strategies across the entire assigned portfolio of sites.


• Lead executive steering committee meetings, serving as the senior escalation and alignment point for global and regional client executive sponsors.


• Strategize space yield, infrastructure investments, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests for major automation and facility upgrades.


• Drive systemic organizational transformation by establishing cross-functional synergies between operations, engineering, IT, and HR to elevate overall service delivery standards and mitigate attrition.
