Candidates must have relevant experience in structured finance/ investment banking preferably within the Infra/ TMT/digital infrastructure space

Responsibilities:

Lead origination, structuring and execution of financing solutions (i.e acquisition finance, mezz finance, holdco finance, non-recourse financing) for digital infrastructure transactions
Actively pitch tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment
Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to identify new business and cross sell opportunities to improve and maximize returns
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the digital infrastructure sector
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders
Build, review & run sensitivities on robust financial model/cash flow to assess feasibility and profitability of projects, accounting for various scenarios
Support senior management in executing strategic directions and contribute to thought leadership within the digital infrastructure finance space

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project structured finance, debt, advisory, investment banking, coverage with a focus on TMT/ Infra/digital infrastructure preferred
Proven track record in leading large-scale financing projects from inception to closing
Strong analytical skills and financial modeling technicals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Driven professional with high level of personal and professional integrity and work ethics
