Key Roles

• Assist Student Management Committee with case management, including reviewing CCTV footage, providing input for investigations, and locating missing students.

• Process late-coming students per school procedures.

• Conduct patrols within the school and surrounding neighbourhood.

• Ensure students move to assembly areas promptly during morning patrols.

• Maintain order during canteen duty.

• Manage conflicts in free play areas and ensure safety.

• Deter, detect, and report inappropriate activities (vaping, smoking) in toilets.

• Build partnerships with community stakeholders and serve as a contact point for reporting student misbehaviour.

• Monitor students on suspension, detention, and after-school activities.

• Support school events (Cross Country, Open House) and exam escort/invigilation duties.

• Attach to administrative or operations teams during HBL days and school holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' working experience in uniformed service (SPF, Prisons, SCDF, or law enforcement).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate as a team player.
