Key Responsibilities
Conduct preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews for student-related incidents.
Obtain statements, compile evidence, and prepare incident reports.
Liaise with parents regarding investigation progress and outcomes.
Supervise Behavioural Detention Classes (BDC) and Corrective Work Orders (CWO).
Support the management of students on in-house suspension or sent out of class.
Maintain discipline records, prepare reports and statistics, and perform data entry.
Monitor student reporting channels and ensure confidentiality of information.
Assist with student management administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in a uniformed service (e.g. Police, Prison Service, or equivalent) with youth-related case investigation experience.
Experience in restorative practices and behavioural intervention.
Calm and professional disposition when handling challenging situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Duration/Working hours:
4 months (Option to extend another 11 months) ( Aug 2026 to Nov 2026)
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
break
Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
