Dispatch Coordinator

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Dispatch Coordinator:

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all containers are dispatched accurately and orders are processed properly.
• Liaise with transportation companies to confirm container arrival schedules.
• Ensure all vehicles entering and exiting the facility are weighed as required.
  
• Send job orders to the open yard using the VMT (Vehicle Management Terminal) system.

Job Requirements:

• GCE N Level or higher, or equivalent qualifications. 

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays).

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 +VB (1.5 Months)
• Working Location: Jurong Island
• Shift Hours: Day Shift - 8am to 8pm | Night Shift - 8pm to 8am
• Company Transport is provided.
