Dispatch/Estate Assistant

General

• Provide transport service and upkeep of vehicle to support the operations of the Association.
• Administration of vehicle related operations and requests.
• Assist in Estate security and maintenance.

Main Description

• Driving the assigned van for the Association's transport needs as per booking schedule.
• Administration and updating of transport booking forms.
• Record Cash Card and petrol usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of van to ensure in good working condition and report vehicle problem to supervisor.
• Posting of mails and attend to postal needs.
• Check estate's fencing weekly and report breaches.
• Assist in estate general repair and maintenance works.
• Assist in attending to contractors and external agencies (NEA, PUB, LTA, etc).

Others

• Sending and accompanying SWD staff for home visits, and to assist with logistics and as an observer.
• Assist in translating mandarin or dialect when client having difficulties interacting in English or Chinese during the home visits with SWD staff.

Additional Appointment

• Assist Safe Management Officer (SMO) to perform Safe Management Measure (SMM) requirements when required.
