Responsibilities: 

• Discuss sales issues with Sales Executives and provide guidance, support, and solutions to challenges.
• Deliver product and sales training to the team.
• Collect market insights based on feedback from Sales Executives.
• Collaborate with departments such as Service and Delivery to ensure seamless customer service coordination.
• Visit customers to assess demonstration progress and gather feedback.
• Evaluate individual Sales Executives’ performance, offering motivation and encouragement to meet sales targets.
• Conduct weekly team brainstorming sessions to devise plans and strategies for improving sales performance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years sales related experience
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
• Pro-active, resourceful and proven sales track record
• Self-motivated, result oriented and customer focused with good interpersonal skill
