Document Control Specialist, Engineering Documentation

As a Document Control Specialist, this role requires support Product Compliance and Engineering operations through compliance data management, regulatory assessments, engineering documentation updates, supplier compliance monitoring, and departmental administrative support.

• Product Compliance & Regulatory Operations

  • BOM scrubbing, compliance verification, supplier data assessment, and compliance maintenance for RoHS, REACH, CMRT, PFAS, SCIP, TSCA, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Support bi-annual machine compliance assessments and regulatory reporting.

• Compliance Data Management & Risk Analytics

  • Analyze and consolidate supplier compliance data to support risk assessments, threshold evaluations, and compliance decision-making.

  • Monitor compliance status changes, non-RoHS parts, and expiring exemptions.

• Engineering Documentation & Systems Support

  • Maintain compliance-related records and attributes within Oracle, Teamcenter, Assent, and GDM databases.

  • Support ECR-related updates and ongoing engineering documentation activities.

• Engineering Administration & Business Support

  • Manage engineering administrative activities including ESD equipment distribution, contact management, seating/location records, 6S coordination, BCP contact maintenance, and various assignments supporting Engineering leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience

• Knowledge in Teamcenter PDM will be an added advantage.
