• 2 x openings/ 1 base in west area/ 1 base in northeast area.
• Permanent position
• Participate in new Rail & Tunnel project in West area or northeast area.
• Experience in LTA/ Railway projects is mandatory. 
• Familiar with InSIGHT system is mandatory.   

Our client is a reputable MNC and leading A1 main contractor diverse in civil and infrastructure project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in administering all documentation involved with client’s project (including bored tunnels).
• Process all incoming and outgoing document ensuring all documents/drawings are organise and backed up according to the company procedure.
• Monitor and keep track of project document submission status through online system.
• General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, internal distribution, archiving and other works being assigned from time to time.
• Ensure the documents are managed in strictly confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Experience in LTA/ Railway projects is mandatory. 
• Familiar with InSIGHT system
