Our Client:

Interior Fit-out Contractor (Construction)

5 days work (Mon-Fri)

East Region (10 min walk from MRT)

UP $5,000 + AWS + transport allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
• Work closely with designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements
• Support with quantity take-offs for interior fit-out works, prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure drawings match site conditions, assist with material submissions, maintain drawing and document records, and ensure timely submission of project

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience and interior fit-out projects is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, with knowledge of SketchUp or Revit considered an advantage;
