Drafter and Admin Executive - Building/Construction - Hiring Now

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Building Information Modelling. 
• Tracking the schedule for submitting shop drawings with the Project Team and Sub-consultants.
• Generate shop drawings based on specifications provided by the Engineer or Manager.
• Demonstrate the ability to produce revised shop drawings. 
• Manage ongoing projects efficiently and ensure timely & accurate quantity take-offs.
• Support in preparing project budgets and monitoring them regularly.
• Compile progress claims for submission to clients.
• Handle subcontractors' claims in a timely manner.
• Facilitate the procurement of materials as needed.
• Provide a report to the Engineer or Manager. 

Requirements: 

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveyor, Building or Civil Engineering. 
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience. 
• Competent skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks. 
• Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications.
