Drafter (CAD/BIM/Revit)

• Position : Drafter (CAD/BIM/Revit)
• Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)    
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm 
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300  
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry :  Commercial Kitchen Equipment 
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D BIM models for commercial kitchen equipment.  
• Coordinate BIM workflows, ensuring integration between different design disciplines.  
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams.  
• Generate schedules, quantities, and material take-offs from BIM models.  
• Maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, and libraries.  
• Support project managers and engineers with design updates and revisions.  
• Communicate effectively with all the stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Mechanical, or related field with minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).  
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes.  
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
