Job Description - Drafter cum Administrator (West/5 days/VB) - Hiring Urgently

We are in search of an analytical Drafter cum Administrator (West/5 days/VB) to join our stellar team at CVista HR Consulting Pte Ltd in West Region.

Responsibilities:

Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned
Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule with Project Team/Sub-consultants
Produce shop drawings as per detail given by Engineer/Manager
Able to produce revised shop drawing within one week upon receiving commented drawing
Responsible for handling running project
Ensure timely and completeness of taking off
Assist to prepare project budget including monitoring on regular basis
Prepare progress claims to clients
Prepare sub-contractors’ claims
Order materials
