Drafter (Interior Fit-Out)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Produce accurate plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings with precise dimensions.
• Coordinate drawings with the Sales and Production teams to ensure design and technical requirements are met.
• Specify materials, finishes, hardware, and construction details in all drawings.
• Ensure drawings are suitable for factory fabrication and on-site installation.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Assist with site measurements and verify dimensions when required.
• Maintain drawing accuracy and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out, carpentry, or construction drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant CAD/drafting software.
• Able to interpret architectural and construction drawings accurately.
• Familiar with site measurements, joinery detailing, and fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and contractors.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
