Drafter Project Coordinator – AutoCAD/BIM - Urgent Role

Responsibilities: 

• In-charge of the tender and quotation to support the project team. 
• Carry out preparing the schedule for door and ironmongery. 
• Ensuring the quantity of bill is updated. 
• Provide support in preparing project scheduling and mockup requirements. 
• Ensuring to coordinate with the project with the Architect, Main Contractor, and the Subcontractor
• Ensuring the project progress is in accordance with the timeframe and master program. 
• Manage to coordinate the material delivery status, production status, and site installation progress. 
• Manage to coordinate sample and finish approval for controlled. 
• Completed progress will be updated weekly.
• In charge of drafting and drawing preparation.  BIM and CAD drawings. 
• Keep drawing and proposal drawings adhere to specifications and confidentiality. 
• Construction document filing and recording of drawings and  production transmittal

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architectural or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience. 
• Strong knowledge and experience with AUTOCAD and BIM.
