DRAFTSMAN cum STORE SUPPORT (4 months)

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Polytechnic Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design/Engineering or relevant field
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Teamwork & Collaboration, Problem Solving, Accountability/Responsibility, Good Communication Skills, Advance User of Microsoft Word and Excel.

JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Well-versed in AutoCAD / SKETCH UP software.

• Experienced in Interior Design
• Design Store layout based on the store requirements and management guidelines.
• Planning and ordering of equipment to supplier and coordinating with the custom clearance and delivery to the shop.
• Liaising with warehouse for the equipment stock for the new branch.
• Organizing the store projects through from conception to construction and completion.
• Managing the store designs for both current and new stores in terms of: preparing 3D design, CAD drawings for internal approval and communication of the desired design with retail partners and architects.
• Ordering of the store fixtures/furniture/equipment ready for completion.
• Liaising with the headquarters, landlords, architects, engineers, and contractor to sustain efficient communication and any related issue pertaining for certain issue.
• Partnering with design team for the marketing plan such as Point Of Purchase Design up to implementation to all branches.
• Liaising with the electrician for any electrical / maintenance at branch.
• Support overseas branches for any requirements such as store layout, equipment ordering, assisting them for any issue that related to our HQ matters.
• Designing and creating new equipment for all branches.
• Other Adhoc
