Driver

About the role

As a Driver at DCS Power Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to our clients throughout the Tuas Bay West Region. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to be a key member of our hardworking logistics team.

What you'll be doing

• Operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials to customer locations
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with customer requirements
• Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on the vehicles before and after each trip
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and any incidents
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics operations
• Pick up and drop off workers in and out of the shipyard, dock, and anchorage

What we're looking for

• Valid driving licences for the required vehicle classes
• 1-2 years of experience as a commercial driver or in a similar role
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure
• Good physical fitness and the ability to load/unload goods as required
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations
• Familiar with the basic conditions of various docks, shipyards, and anchorages in Singapore.
