Driver

We are seeking a responsible, punctual, and professional Driver to provide safe transportation services and support office errands. The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, good knowledge of local routes, and a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the employer, staff, or guests to designated locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules.
• Run office errands, including banking, document delivery, mail collection, and purchasing office supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing, repairs, and refueling when required.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, maintenance, and trips.
• Plan efficient travel routes to avoid delays.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a private driver, company driver, or office runner is preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate items.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.
