Driver

Responsibilities:

Driving:

• To ferry crews from Airport to Ferry terminal or vessel and vice versa
• To procure and provide PPE and safety shoes to crews who are in transit thru Singapore
• Dispatch and collect office documents and items to/from bank, customer, vendor locations
• Maintain interior and exterior of company vehicle in clean and good working condition on daily basis
• Comply with traffic regulations at all times and ensure safety and comfort are always the priority
• Report any vehicle damage or issues promptly
• Schedule vehicle servicing as and when required

Office Administrative:

• Handle petty cash and payment remittance to Malaysia office
• Generate payment vouchers for crews
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties when needed

Requirements:

• A valid bus (13 seater) vocational and Class 3 driver’s license
• Physical stamina and good strength to lift heavy packages and objects, as well for loading and unloading from vehicle
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office (Outlook, excel, word)
