Driver cum Corporate Support Assistant

Job Description

• Provide chauffeur services for senior management, guests, clients or staff  

• Dispatch/collect documents to clients, lawyer office, government agencies & etc.

• Carry out banking transactions, collect lunch/snacks for clients or Senior Management’s meetings

• Assist with visa applications at embassy or authorized agents

• Deliver festival gifts to clients 

• Assist with the loading and unloading

• Top up petrol and cash card, and submit the claims with supporting receipts for reimbursement

• Keep the company vehicles clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance

• Co-ordinate, plan and prioritize the duties assigned in logical, systematical and prompt manner

• Ensure that the keys to vehicle are hand over to the relevant person after and off duty and check out the keys while on duty

• Report any incident or fines promptly

• Comply with the local traffic and parking regulations 

• Cover receptionist duty during lunch hour when there is no schedule upon request
  

Job Requirement

• Hold a valid Class 3 and 4 driving licenses

• Familiar with Singapore road and good driving record

• Ensure the car are well maintained and meet all safety requirements

• Attentive, reliable, punctual and safety conscious

• Perform Weekend/Public Holiday or overtime duties as and when the need arises
