Responsibilities
• Responsible for timely execution of all charter parties to the satisfaction of the respective charterers • Liaise with Charterers and ensure charterer’s instructions are followed • Convey Voyage Orders to vessels • Communicate voyage instructions and ensure SOP are followed • Update MOL systems with voyage progress reports and data • Handle enquiries from voyage stakeholders • Ensure accurate invoicing of freight, hire, and claims • Update MOLSG systems on shipping documentations • Ensure accurate data on invoicing and claims requirements
Requirements
• Good familiarity with shipping documentations and commercial vessels operations procedure • Good network with shipping agents and prior working experience with brokers, ship owners, charterers operations personnels • 2-3 years of experience in marine shipping business focusing on vessel operations and post fixture • Diploma or business-related maritime equivalent qualification
