DTP Artist / Graphic Designer - Competitive Pay

About the Role

The starting point of every printed piece is the artwork. We need your help to prepare and ensure that graphics are of the right format and size to help our production operators achieve consistent quality. We expect you to work independently performing creative graphic design. Training will be provided if you do not have prepress experience.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design for printing
• Review and amend artworks
• Prepare layout and plates for printing
• Assist in other graphic related works such as calibrating, preparing colour proofs and digital printing

Requirements

• Experience or formal education in graphic design
• Able to use desktop publishing software (Adobe Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Good communication skills with an inquisitive attitude.
